Legal Services
Our legal expertise includes Swedish, Russian and international contract law, the purchase of goods and services, and issues regarding various forms including supply and distribution agreements. We also assist in the different stages of a company’s life cycle, including formation, shareholders’ agreements, employment agreements, liquidation, and mergers and acquisitions.
Employment
We advise companies on the full range of employment and benefit issues in connection with mergers and acquisition and restructuring, including matters such as recruitment and hiring, agency and contractors arrangements, incentive plans and remuneration packages, transfer of employees, disciplinary actions and termination of employments. We represent clients in negotiations with trade unions and labour-related disputes such as litigation and arbitrations proceedings.
Due diligence
Conducting legal analysis of counterparties, business, transactions, real estate, international agreements with the participation of international companies
The result of the analysis will be a document containing a description of the analyzed documents, the general state of affairs, existing risks in the current state of affairs
as well as solutions of minimizing risks and recommendations for the nearest future, possibilities of pre-trial settlement of the conflict, if there are disagreements on the fulfillment of contractual obligations with the participation of a counterparty from a foreign jurisdiction.
